Can't set up my new Fitbit Luxe

Just got a new LUXE fitbit and I can't get it to connect / setup. 

I've charge it for 3hrs and then try to setup new device through the app. 

It connects and asks for 4 digit number displayed on screen but nothing comes up on the device. 

I've restarted it 4 times and every time I have the same issue. 

Have also turned bluetooth on and off as well as my phone off and on and also deleted the app and redownloaded it.
