Can't set up notifications on my Luxe as the notification tab doesn't appear

When I go on my fit bit app and go to devices when I go under general the section for notifications doesn't show up. So I can't turn on my notifications. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app and it still doesn't show up.

Hi there, @hlllllll. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you cannot set up notifications on your Luxe despite all the steps you've tried so far. I'll be glad to continue helping you!

Since I do not know the model of the phone you're using, would you mind confirming whether you tried the steps from this help article? Go to step 3 whether you have an Android or iOS. I mean, step 3 for each device model. 

If the Notification option is still not appearing, please let me know which options are you able to see/select after tapping the devices icon > your device.

It is still not working as these steps don't work with my device as I am using a Chromebook.
