Can't take my Luxe out of DND mode

I put my Luxe into the DND mode but it seems I cannot get it out of that mode. I go to DND and tap on off button and it doesn't do anything. I have reset my Luxe and googled this as well and I am doing exactly what it shows but it does not come off of DND.

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, please make sure that the sleep mode is turned off. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

Check if you are in Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
