Can't turn off silent alarms on my Luxe

I love everything about my new luxe, except the functionality of the silent alarm.  I can never get my alarms to turn off!  I scroll down and tap to turn off as instructed but the alarm keeps vibrating.  I keep trying and sometimes it works, but usually it snoozes automatically and I deal with the same problem 10 minutes later.  I never had this issue with my versa and it's very annoying.  Is this a widespread problem, or a defect in my luxe?

I was having this problem too and ended up turning the alarm off altogether. It wasn’t this hard to turn off the silent alarm on the Sense.

It happens to me too! I've tapping hard, tapping soft, rapidly, etc. It just doesn't seem to want to stop. Glad I'm not the only one. I've used the silent alarm previously on my Charge 2 with no problem.

Once the alarm goes off. Lightly tap the Pink/Red dismiss. 

If the finger slides on the screen, you have done a swipe not a tap. 

We need to do a light touch/tap. 

I just tried and it worked flawlessly.
