Hi there, I am not able to turn of the sleep modus even if I reset and started new my luxe several times with cable and without. The turn of button is still not working after that, so I have to tipp all the times my display to see the time. What else can I do?

@berny123 Have you tried wiping the device and restoring it to factory settings? You can do this by swiping down and tapping on Settings > Device Info > Clear User Data. Then swipe up and press Hold 3 Sec and release. You should see the Fitbit logo and it will completely reset the Luxe back to the factory settings. Set it up like a new device in your app and see if your sleep mode issue has been fixed.
