I can’t turn on auto mode for wrist to turn watch on. I have looked through every help question and YouTube video and it doesn’t look the same as mine. It’s on manual but not on blue. I double click as it says but it puts me back to the clock. I’ve tried in settings too and it is faded out on manual.

please help as this is the main reason I like this watch

Hi there, @Laura2686. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from and how important is to you to make this feature to work.

Please make sure you've followed @JohnnyRow's directions in order to enable Screen Wake. If those steps are the ones you tried before posting here, well, then it seems that you've your Luxe in sleep mode and that's why you cannot enable Screen Wake as of yet. To turn off sleep mode, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

When sleep mode is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake Luxe, firmly tap the screen twice.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.

From main clock face, scroll up (swipe down) to 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle between Auto (which you want) and Manual.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
