Hello! This morning I realized, when my Luxe battery went off, that my mobile is not counting the steps anymore. I have tried to unpair and pair again the device under MobileTrack, I have force stoped the Fitbit app on my mobile, put on and off bluetooth, restart my mobile. Nothing works - if I walk without the watch, nothing is counted. I would like to get this fixed, as I have to take off the watch from time to time and while I do this, I count the steps with my mobile. Any tips what could I do? Thank you!

Hi there, @r11na. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
