My fitbit does not swipe from countdown to stopwatch

Hi there, @Jansapphire. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you tried the steps recommend by @Gr4ndp4? Please note in order to use the stopwatch on your Luxe, you'll need to:

  1. On your device, swipe left or right to the Timers app, then swipe up and tap Stopwatch.
  2. Tap the play icon to start the stopwatch.
  3. Tap the pause icon to stop.
  4. Swipe up and tap the reset icon to reset the stopwatch.

The stopwatch and timer can run at the same time.

Hi, @Jansapphire , welcome, try tapping the countdown display, there should be a little white chevron at the bottom of the screen which allows you to swipe up. If all else fails try restarting your "Lux" in "settings"
