Hi @AllisonMupas - Welcome to the forums! The easiest solution - on any Fitbit device - is to change to a clock face that displays what you want. Which clock face are you currently using?

I have done that. I can’t seem to get the BMR and flame off the watch screen. Is there any way to do that?? Or any FitBit that doesn’t display it that counts 02 and swimming??? Appreciate your help!!!

It all depends on which clock face you are you using. They all show different data. If the one you are using does not show what you want, probably all you can do is select a different clock face that does. Hopefully you can find one that you like.
But if you tell us which clock face you are using, someone may be able to tell you if it’s possible to turn off access to the features you do NOT want to see in order to change what is showing up.

Carol,
I checked all the clock faces and chose the ones that didn’t have calories listed. But the watch still shows BMR calories.
I’m also having words sleep readings. Last night it said I only sleep 2 hrs and 57 mins with huge lags. Is this thing really accurate??
