Cannot access Luxe dashboard on my phone, as of today, April 1 2025

As of today, I cannot find the dashboard (on my phone) for my Luxe. Where is it??

The Fitbit app works on most phones and tablets with one of these systems:

  • Apple iOS 16.4 or higher
  • Android 10 or higher

Have you already checked which operating system version your phone has?

Thank you so much for letting us know that you cannot find the dashboard on your phone.

Have you already checked if the Fitbit app needs an update? The newest version is the 4.39. 

Let me know which Fitbit app version you have.

Hi there. Thank you for your quick reply. I checked for an update, and got
the message that this app is no longer compatible with my device! See
attached screenshot.

I use a Blackberry Key2. Am I out of luck??
