Cannot log in to luxe, cannot sync luxe, cannot pair luxe to my androids phone

This morning, cannot sync my luxe to check the sleeping stats.

tried restart the luxe

tried uninstall and reinstall the app

then, cannot log in to the app

checked Bluetooth, cannot pair the luxe to my android phone

Nothing you can do.  Just wait.

Guess Google was doing something behind the door and oops…

i called fit bit up they know about the problem, my luxe has not sync since 3;30 this afternoon.  as of tonight i cannot still log in with my google account

log out then log back in? dont  fibit knows about this problem it seems will google

After a few hours, the APP came back alive, withe a ‘newer look’ again.

Same problem...I was happy with my LUX  until a couple of days ago suddenly stopped synching tried all online help solutions nothing works. can not pair with Bluetooth either. Help!

Mine isn't working yet -- did you do anything special? I've checked the Play Store to make sure they didn't update the app again.

I restarted my luxe…I think Fitbit was having problems. It appears they were working on fixing it.
