I just got the Luxe this week and am having the same problem. No one at Fitbit can give a solution.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this; in this case, they will let you know how to proceed. Please let them know of the steps that you already tried.

@Lou2023 I have discovered that Guided Breathing sessions on the Luxe, Inspire 3, and Charge 4 (maybe also Charge 5?) do not show up in the Mindfulness tile in the app. It's very frustrating.
Can you tell me what version of the Luxe you are on?
