I have just purchased a Luxe for my daugter, I have downloaded the fitbit app on my phone (oppo A16s) but cannot get past the login stage - Its not saying email or password are incorrect but just sitting on that screen once its done its thinking ... I have restarted my phone, unistalled and re installed the app - three times! - we have just changed to fitbit luxe from a crappy huawei 7 which dont get me started on pairing issues. I managed to log in downloading the app on our chrome book but am reluctant to pair it incase.
I dont need to access its sync data all the time just once a day or so

Hi, @Rachnz87 welcome to the community, may I suggest you review Fitbit Supported Devices which provides advice & guidance? Allowing your phone is supported (it does seem to have Android 11 in the published specs) go into the phone settings>connected devices>and "forget" the Luxe. Go to the Fitbit app Settings>apps>Fitbit>storage & cache>clear storage & cache. In "Battery" ensure battery use is set to unrestricted, all permissions are allowed, and mobile data & WiFi sliders are set to permit background data & unrestricted data usage. I assume you have sufficient funds in your phone data account. Restart your phone, place the Luxe on charge (check the USB socket you are using is working by plugging in something else first) and repeat the set-up procedure. You may find this video helpful.
