Cant log my weight in the fitbit app.

The first days it worked fine. But it doesnt work since yesterday.

This has nothing to do with the Luxe, and everything to do with the Fitbit app.  Which OS do you have so I can move your post to the right board?

The app and the Luxe worked perfectly together for a little over two months. There then began a gradual decline in the Luxe display. At first it was simply unsteady, then it would shudder and shrink into several red lines. Then it was simply 3 red lines. Then nothing.

Initially I could restart the Luxe and it worked for a couple of days.

Throughout the time I struggled (due to slow response from Fitbit) through the various advice to restart, reset etc my Luxe continued to transmit data to the app.

Eventually it wouldn’t restart at all. Finally it didn’t update the app.

I simply couldn’t use the Luxe itself without any display. I even loaded a different watch face in case that was the issue, but it remained black.

My question has to be how the App would decline gradually (it isn’t hardware)?

Also, if it were the App that ultimately completely failed, how is the refurbished Luxe now working properly on it?

If I remove this refurbished Luxe from my App and put my old Luxe back on, presumably it too should work ok again if the App has recovered?

I was answering a question someone sent to me. I didn’t have any control of where it came from. I have no interest in this thread or creating a new one. Perhaps the person who sent me the question shouldn’t have used this thread?

I wasn’t on the forum at all!

It came directly into my email inbox and began “Hello Rozuelas” I therefore assumed it was to me. Why wouldn’t I? I didn’t even see the earlier message about weight - it wasn’t attached.
