Hi, following loss of all notifications on my Luxe and inability to pair, I removed everything to do with Fitbit and erased the data. When I attempted to reinstall everything, despite selecting Luxe in Bluetooth, the only option was to pick Charge 5. It appears to have updated the Charge 5 (which I don't have) but the luxe is still unresponsive. Any ideas what's wrong, please? It's an Android phone and I've followed everal YouTube videos on how to put things right.
