Chat support was helpful with my Luxe

I really wanted to leave a great rating for Antony after he helped my reset and sync my Luxe, but I must have closed the window before I saw the survey. Let's give Antony credit however we can for his great customer service...and overlook my inability to fill out a customer service survey.
