Completely faulty after 3 days

I’ve had the Fitbit Luxe for 3 days and I’m having problems with the screen, it’s unresponsive and is changing screens and vibrating without me touching it, I also can’t swipe up to the settings as it gets stuck on DND which it then keeps switching off and on. All this is also draining the b I have tried restarting it a few times but that has not helped.

I too have experienced problems with it getting stuck on DND
