I ordered a Luxe band on 11/30 and as of 12/17, it has not arrived. UPS/Mail Innovations trackers tell me each day since 12/8 that it will arrive and each day it does not. I need Fitbit to investigate and maybe cancel the order and start over. I think the package is lost., I cannot find ANYWAY to reach a human at Fitbit for a US order. ant recommendations?
