When the device is connected to the charger it is indicated 100% battery, but when I disconnect the device it dies immediately and disconnects from the app. The last update was in December 2021 and it has not been used for 3 years. However there is no button for updates. I have tried up restart the device and re- connect it to the phone, but nothing changes.
Is the update and battery connected? And what can I do?

Hi @S_sthlm Unfortunately it sounds as if your battery has died. It is not at all good for the battery to be left flat for any period of time, so sadly the 3 years where you didn't use your Luxe has probably caused the battery to fail. If restarting ultiple times doesn't help there is nothing else you can try. Sorry
