Didn’t know Luxe was a chic bracelet

I saw the press release and Fitbit called it a chic bracelet. I use an apple watch but put this on the other wrist so it would look like a bracelet and I would have something to track spo2 but didn’t know it was for women. May have to take this one back. I can turn it around so only the black strap is showing and the read out is actually on the other side so it looks like I’m just wearing a strap? Thoughts?

I haven't seen it in person yet, but doubt it's being called "chic" would prevent me from wearing it.  If you think the band looks feminine, there are other bands available in the Fitbit Store, and many more third-party bands on Amazon at very reasonable prices that look just as masculine as for any other Fitbit model.

I wouldn't think that one would be feminine looking.  That is probably your best bet for a band.  Maybe there will be some third party bands you like better.

I don’t know what that advert was but could you be confusing the word meaning? Is chic the spelling for a female as you might say chick? The word chic could mean the French word pronounced ‘sheek’ meaning elegant.

It was mentioned on Forbes. It refers to women. I didn’t write it, Forbes did.

I agree, it seems like this is aimed towards females. I happened to pick one up today and though I love the size and feel of it, the clock faces all lean towards the female taste. I don't want pink or feminine colors. I want stats that are not greyscale on a smaller fitness tracker.

Yup, that was the first thing I thought when I got it delivered yesterday and was the final complaint of the 9-10 I listed on my 1-star Amazon review.
