Difficulties to dismiss alarms on my Luxe

I am having trouble with dismissing alarms on my Luxe.  I swipe up and get the Tap to Dismiss red circle but I can tap and tap and tap and tap and it doesn't go off.  Sometimes it goes into snooze mode since I couldn't get it to turn off.  So basically I just sit there tapping hoping it will turn off.  Anyone else have this issue?

Please restart your Fitbit Luxe by following these instructions.

When the timer goes off on your Luxe, if you tap the touch screen it will show a red circle like you mentioned, you need to swipe it up and tap dismissed.

That's where the problem is occurring.  I do tap dismissed.  Again and again and again.  How many times am I supposed to need to tap it?  Like I said, sometimes it gets into snooze mode and I have to try again.  Eventually it stops but I feel like I shouldn't have to hammer away at it and cross my fingers that it turns off LOL  Thanks!

SAME!  it's extremely annoying and disappointing.  Would like to use the alarm feature, but when I just wake up I don't wanna have to keep slapping the screen until it finally recognizes my tapping.
