My luxe is not always recording heart rate BPM and has never recorded a sleep score. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @Julieanne1960.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.
There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. If you haven't done so, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
To be able to see Sleep Score your Fitbit device must have registered your sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM). If your Fitbit account only shows a sleep pattern (time asleep, restless, and awake), please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these steps.
Some users have had success setting their Fitbit devices to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this article and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".
Hope this helps.
