Difficulties with alarm and GPS-Luxe

Love, love love my Fitbit's except this one, the new Luxe. Its slow, its moody and not at all user friendly. Takes me several attempts to pick my sport and then the GPS doesnt work so I don't even have a proper record of my run. But, the MOST annoying thing is the alarm, its only works sometimes, it doesnt work on battery lower that 20% so what is the point?? Very frustrated as it wasnt cheap but think the older, cheaper ones are ALOT better and reliable........ Any ideas how I can change/improve this?

I would recommend restarting your Tracker by following these instructions

 

Please make sure to follow these tips when you wear your Luxe.

 

You can find some troubleshooting steps to resolve issues with GPS in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".

 

If you haven't done so, please delete your silent alarms and set them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.
