Huge issues synching my Luxe. Step count is the only accurate thing on it. Never syncs my sleep, apparently I never sleep. Heart rate always 80, day or night, running or spinning, just 80. I will get an alert the batter is under 10% when the screen says 90%, as soon as I connect to charger it dies. Takes hours to charge, never last more than 2 days. I have stopped wearing it. It is frustrating. Never had these issues with other fitbit I had. Stop watch freezes on and I cannot get the screen to respond at all.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @wandaenman.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
In order to get sleep stages, it is necessary to get heart-rate readings. There are some factors that can affect your heart-rate reading on your Fitbit device. Please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
It should take up to 2 hours to charge your device to 100%. To extend your Fitbit device's battery life, we recommend following these instructions.
Hope this helps.
