Difficulties with stopwatch and battery life-Luxe

Recently my new luxe will randomly go to the timer without me touching it and the only way I can get it to go away is to reset the clock face.  In addition, my Luxe is draining to 50% every day with me recharging it for a minimum of 2 hours.  This is an ongoing issue since I received this as a Christmas present and turned it on in the new year.  I have had the Fitbit Charge 2 since 2017 and had no real issues with it. 

 

Both devices are sycning to my phone.  I use the Fitbit Charge 2 while the Luxe is charging.  I love the way the luxe looks and feels; however, I really want this to be my primary Fitbit and it is disappointing me.

There are two ways to restart your Tracker, I would recommend trying both of them. For instructions, please visit this article.
