I just got back from doing a walk/run where the first half was all walking, and the second half was intervals with running. I was out for about 25 minutes and did not have any long pauses that would have counted as ending the exercise session.
While my Luxe itself shows that I got 33 active zone minutes, when I look at my walking session in the app it only shows my session as having lasted 15 actual minutes as opposed to 25 and only gives me credit for 12 zone minutes. I've tried re-syncing my Luxe to the app (on Android) numerous times, and it will not update or change the information from my session to match what I actually did.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? It's kind of frustrating and discouraging when I don't get full credit for my exercise sessions and it makes it much harder to track my weekly activity.

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @cillianellis.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.
To try to resolve the issue, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Luxe by following these instructions.
In addition, you can log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone and log back in.
Then, try to perform a new activity to see if it's shown correctly on your Fitbit app.
Have a nice day.

Thanks for the tips! I tried doing that this morning, and while today's exercise session tracked correctly, unfortunately restarting my Luxe, logging out, rebooting my phone and logging back in didn't fix yesterday's. Hopefully it was just a random glitch and won't repeat itself.

Thanks for your response, @cillianellis.
I'm glad to hear that your session from today was tracked correctly. If necessary, you can manually log a walking activity to recover the missing data from yesterday. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?".
See you around.
