I got one for Christmas.  I spent over five hours trying to connect the Luxe with my phone and update the tracker.  I did everything that was suggested, and it still would not connect.  The Luxe will not connect with Bluetooth.   If you google it, everyone is having connectivity issues with this product.  I am returning it and getting something from another company.

Hi @leighanney  have you tried Fitbit customer support? I'm not sure just doing a google search is the answer for many problems. I have the Luxe and have hadn't had any problems with it. You ought to give customer support the opportunity to help you. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
