Does anyone know if the Luxe has always-on display? I can’t find this info anywhere.

Hi there, @CurrentCustomer. Welcome to the Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
As @MicheleNL has mentioned, you can now have the always-on display settings on your Luxe once you update it to version 1.15.16. For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
If you haven't yet updated your Luxe, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

@EdinburghLass I haven't seen that info, either. We might need to wait until one of the tech sites posts a hands-on review.

I asked Fitbit team, but they don't yet have the info from the looks of it. They told me they should get more details closer to launch.

I don't mind it not having always on but I wish I could do something that increases how long it is on. As far as I can tell, it seems to stay on for about 2 seconds. That isn't enough time to even read what I can see.

On the Fitbit.com site, "always on display" is listed as a feature of the Luxe, however, it is not actually available. This was confirmed via LiveChat. I am frustrated that I based my purchase on inaccurate information, yet fitbit did not acknowledge that they plan on correcting the error. Has anyone else noticed the deceiving information and reached out to Fitbit? They told me I could only share my feelings by "voting" on a post here. I plan on returning my device since this feature was key in my choice, and I am frustrated because I wasted too much time comparing products based on inaccurate descriptions.

I just installed the latest firmware update that just popped up. And there it is: always on display! Nice surprise (I guess nice surprise to the support/chat team as well).
This probably will roll out soon on all Luxes if yours does not have a firmware update available yet.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
I've moved some of your posts to this new thread to keep the forums organized. As @MarreFitbit mentioned, after updating the Luxe to the firmware version 1.151.16, you should be able to use the Always-On Display feature. Please see the help articles shared above, and don't hesitate to reply back if you have any other question.
