As @Odyssey13 has mentioned, please note that floors aren’t tracked on Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. I am very disappointed that my Luxe does not have an altimeter as my Charge 2 and 3 did. I hope Fitbit will consider it for an upgrade. I climb/hike about 30 flights or more per day.

I agree with YMJD. I am up and down the stairs all day long. The Luxe shows the stair tile but does not record. It is very confusing and misleading. 😕
