Does anyones Luxe actually work?!

I ordered myself a new Fitbit upgrading to the Luxe. When it arrived it was faulty with the screen showing a QR code and it had to be returned. My replacement doesn’t track my heart rate or my sleep.

Is this just a really bad model and should I get a refund rather than yet another replacement?!

Mine works

Mine wasn’t working out the box. Then randomly it started, so I got to enjoy it for a few days and now it’s back to a no show screen. Too bad because I really like this model…when it works.

The LED doesn’t scan through my tattoo. So having to wear it lower on my wrist which is really uncomfortable and slides back down when I’m sleeping. I give up. Returning.

Mine worked for about four months and stopped tracking most of my sleep. Customer service has been beyond useless to the point where it's clear they have no interest in customer care once they've gotten the device in your hands.

Mine has always worked. To be fair most wearables tell you that they may not work if you have a tattoo blocking the sensor light from penetrating.

Well my other fitbits have had no problem with my stupidly tiny tattoo and it doesn’t say anything anywhere on the website about it, neither did customer support and I only found out about it possibly being an issue from a Reddit thread. I’ve swapped back to my older Fitbit which works fine with my tattoo.

No it does not work. Time is always incorrect. Gave up wearing for sleeptracking

Mine (my daughter's) works. Very limited, poor display, terrible navigation interface compared to the competition but it works.

Mine worked for 7 months and has just stopped working completely.  I’m 8 days into trying to find out how to get it replaced or repaired. It’s really hard to find anyone to actually communicate with from customer services.

No! It hasn’t get time for at least 3 months no success . It seems to be a pervasive issue.

Update to getting my non-working Fitbit replaced: I found out that the only way to contact customer services for me in France is via Twitter (numbers and mail options not available) so I created an account and from there the process of replacement was really smooth. Very happy with the customer service I received 👍
