I have had this one week. When I got it I fully charged it.  This is the first time since then that it’s needed charged. I have tried multiple charging cubes, outlets and the computer. I have been trying to charge it for five hours now and it’s not charged past 20%. I have cleaned everything attached and re-attached the charger. I have owned multiple fitbits but this may be the last. Each one has charging issues and just dies. It’s an expensive disposable fitness tracker. Very disappointing.

Same is happening to me. First time I called support and they showed me how to reboot with the little black button on the charging cable. But I can't remember the exact instructions so will need to call again. Very annoying. I have only charged it about 4 times, and twice now it failed.
