Doubling of steps from walking workout

My Luxe has doubled my walking workout steps in the total for my day. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Has anyone else experienced this?

@Mamakeyes it is possible that your phone may be a connected device in the Fitbit app. This setting allows you to track steps using your phone. It can lead to double steps if the app is counting steps from both your phone and your Fitbit at the same time.

In the main screen of the Fitbit app, tap the device icon in the upper left. If you see "Phone" listed under "Devices", you can tap on that and disconnect it.
