Every few weeks the daily exercise counter on my Fitbit luxe vanishes; it still comes up on the app but the whole display is gone on the Fitbit itself. I usually have luck with uninstalling and reinstalling my clock face through the app, but any idea why this is happening? I have also tried restarting my Fitbit but that doesn’t work.

Hi, @MD4521 welcome, have you tried to restart your "Luxe" this video demonstrates the process. If you are still stuck please post here again.
In addition, try another clock face.
