Exercise days not registered

I was on the treadmill yesterday for at least 30

minutes logging zone minutes and logged 50 zone minutes for the day. But today my Fitbit says zero days of exercise for the week—that started yesterday!!! So tired of the glitches. Once a week something isn’t recorded correctly. I use the Fitbit to track—maybe I should just write it down. It shows up in yesterday’s data but not in the weekly exercise. Anyone else having problems? Is it Fitbit or app? Either way I’m about done and ready to go apple.

Hi @Janel4 is this where you aren’t seeing your exercise days? Do you record all of your exercises from your Luxe or are you relying on it to pick it up automatically? What phone/app version are you using?

If you haven’t already, make sure your app is updated and give your phone a restart to see if that helps.

My Luxe has been having the same issues since the last upgrade, it won't sync for days regardless of logging in and out a dozen times, uninstall and reinstall, restart, hitting sync 200 times.  Come on Fitbit! This is ridiculous.

So I just tried responding to you and a window popped up asking me to take a survey “when I was done” and when I clicked yes I was immediately taken to the survey and my reply was gone!!! I wonder if anyone from Fitbit ever reads this chat cause now I’ve gone from annoyed to angry! Tech support sucks and I wonder if it has anything to do with Google taking over?

I tried departing from Google login and was unable to do anything at that
point.

yes.  Especially since I just paid for the premium for a year!

It is quite frustrating. I didn’t have any trouble until I bought a new luxe-replaced after two years. So i didn’t know if it was the new watch or the app. Very disappointed. Just finished my free six months and didn’t renew because of the continued random glitches. Must be Google!
