I am no longer receiving any benefit by wearing my Fitbit Luxe. It spends more time on the charger than on my arm.
I was able to get it charged to 64% before I went to bed. When I got up, it was down to 4%. I put it in the charger (Again!) and, 2 hours later it was up to 15%. Hooray!?
This is getting old very fast!

Hey there @Dsthecat, allow me to help in regards your Luxe that seems is no longer holding charge as expected.
It seems it's a pretty severe battery draining as your Luxe has up to 5 days of battery life. Please note that battery life and charging cycles may vary with usage, settings, and other factors; battery performance may also change. For uninterrupted tracking, i recommend charging your Luxe every two to three days.
I provide some tips to prevent the battery from draining too quickly. Read the article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
If the battery is draininig faster than expected, i suggest to restart you Luxe by following the instruccions in the help article How do I restart my Fitbit device? below the section "Luxe".

YES! There are so many of us with the exact same problems.
Fitbit has no clue what to do! "David Fitbit" chastised me for charging my Luxe so often. It could be, because it won't hold a charge! I can't receive any information from my Luxe , when it is DEAD!!!!!

Hi there @Dsthecat i'm sorry to read your device's battery is still draining too quickly. Didn't mean to chastise, yous to explain that as the battery ages charging cycles may occur more often.
If you are still experiencing battery life issues, i suggest that you fill the following form to get in contact with our customer support.
@Nathantulip You battery percentage drops suddenly too ? Have you followed the tips i provided ?
