I have used Fitbits since the beginning. The quality, accuracy and customer service plummeted when Google took over. My luxe doesn’t accurately record my steps, my sleep, my heartbeat or much of anything else. The interface on the Luxe is difficult to swipe and is counterintuitive. I have gone through the hassle of contacting customer support but all they do is tell me to reset it ad infinitum or send me links that I have already tried myself. It is unfortunate that Fitbit has gotten too big for its britches. I predict they won’t be around much longer.

I agree. I am also a long time Fitbit user and am disappointed with the notifications option. Several times I have to re-pair with my Bluetooth and as of the last 4 weeks am unable to get notifications on my Luxe. A big reason I have this device is so I can keep my phone on silent and be notified of communication on my wrist. Forums don't seem to help and the customer is hard to get a hold of.

Agree! My notifications only work once in a while. Very frustrating! When this Fitbit is gone I will not have another one!
