Find my phone app isn't working on my Luxe

On my Luxe, I have the ‘Find my phone’ app installed. I know that I have to have the Fitbit app open in the background for it to work. I do that, AND IT STILL DOESN’T WORK!!! I have the Fitbit app open on my iPhone and it doesn’t make a sound! It says ‘Can’t find your phone’ on my Luxe screen as well.

 

If anyone has the answer to this, please tell me in the comments! Thanks!

Hi there, @noahtechwizard. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try uninstalling the Find My Phone app from the Gallery tile and reinstalling it. 

 

If the issue persists, please see How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?
