Find my phone not working properly on Luxe. Only works when Fitbit app is open. Otherwise I only get a single pieb. Following all advices (uninstall/install Fitbit app on phone, restart Luxe, delete and reinstall "Find my phone" checking my Bluetooth (turning off and on) and turning the phone off and on) I still have the same problem. Did anybody else have the same experience? I also asked Fitbit chat but they could not help me either.

Hi there, @Hachi. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not working. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!
Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Luxe and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
Thanks in advance!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have now for about 1 month with help of Fitbit help service ( who nearly cheated me out to have a contract activated) tried everything to get "find my phone" working without success. If I leave the app "find my phone" open, the app works. I give up now but just wanted to warn you not to use Fitbit help as this enables another company to trick you in a contract with monthly payment. However it was easy to cancel it. However very disappointed.

Hi @Hachi there is only one way to get the real Fitbit customer service and that's by coming to the forums and getting the contact information OR using the help feature on the app. There are many, many places that will pop up on a basic online search and they are more than willing to take your money - just as there are fake Fitbit products being sold, which turn out to be cheap knockoffs.
Also, Fitbit has customer service get with you, not a technician.
