I have ha a Luxe for more than 18 months. I have 2 alarms set at 5am and 12 pm for medication. I'm not sure exactly when, maybe in the last 3 months, my device turns off right when the 5 am alarm is on. Sometimes I can feel the alarm and stop it, some others it just don't work, just dies . I need to charge it again to turn it on, 2 hr laten when I wake up, and the alarm starts ringing like it's 5am . The correct time gets updated after syncing.
Also I have noticed one time that the snooze time wasn't set on 9 minutes like its the standard but 745 minutes.
Yesterday before going to bed I deleted the 5 am alarm, and my Fitbit didn't turn off at all. But when the 12 pm alarm rang, it immediately died again.
Having a silent alarm was the main reason I got a Fitbit, and it seems now I can't use it.
