Fitbit Lux alarms won't vibrate

Hi. My alarms suddenly stopped vibrating. My Lux is not on DND and not on Sleep. I have restarted it once already. The MAIN reason I use a Fitbit is for the silent alarms and it is too late to return this one. Please advise.

Upvotes are great, does anyone have any actual advice to provide under the "comment" button? Because right now I'm talking to myself while at least three people watch......

Also, in regards to every other post asking this question, none of the provided possible solutions work....

This started happening to me today. I missed an early morning appointment because it didn’t go off. I did see that instead of vibrating it just auto changed the alarm for tomorrow.  It would be nice to get an answer why it’s happening.
