Fitbit Luxe Gorjana Band

The Fitbit Luxe Gorjana bands are terrible. They do not connect securely to the band. There are gaps between the band and the device which makes it look as if it is pulling away. They fall off periodically. 

Yes I am making sure they are clicked into place each time I switch bands. I have had it for going on a year now. 

I bought both the gold and silver bands for the luxe. Paid an Extra $70 for the Fitbit band combo then $100 for the 2nd band. I am more than disappointed and have never had this problem with my previous Fitbits.

I do not recommend these bands.

CoolCatK now you tell me! I saw all the posts from a year ago about this issue and was hoping it had been resolved. Guess I’ll have to settle for the pretty pink band and forget the bracelet. I do aerobic dance weekly and no way in hell do I want my $200 device with the pretty gold band flying off my arm 😡

It’s so frustrating and I’ve reached out to Fitbit and they haven’t responded. My Gorjana just randomly falls off… since it’s so expensive I use a string as bracelet, woven through the Gorjana band, to catch the Fitbit when it falls off. The string looks so tacky. So disappointed. The bracelet should stay on or we should be able to return the product.
