Fitbit Luxe Gorjana bracelet inquiry

Hi helpers!

I’m looking to buy my first fitbit and choosing the Luxe. If I buy the black one and then the silver Gorjana bracelet strap, will the casing from the black watch match the silver bracelet?

does anyone have any images to view because the one online shows the silver bracelet with a silver watch casing which I can’t find how to buy!

Hi there, @SShah2205. Welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear you're interested in getting our newest Fitbit Luxe. 

 

Regarding your inquiry, the Platinum Stainless Steel gorjana bracelet comes all in platinum, including the space where you insert the Fitbit Luxe tracker. The tracker itself is black, but once you insert it into the gorjana bracelet it will be cover in platinum (except the screen) just as shown here https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/products/accessories/gorjana-parker-link?sku=180MLGD

Thank you, I did purchase it and it’s beautiful but the bracelet does not sit flush into the actual watch

is the bracelet strap faulty?

@SShah2205  Please confirm that you're attaching the bracelet as it's described below:

  • Press it into the end of the tracker until you hear a click and it snaps into place. 
  • The band with the buckle attaches to the top of the tracker.

If you still see that there's a gap between the tracker and the bracelet, please attach a photo so I can go from there. 

In order to add a photo to your reply please: 

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera). 
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up. 
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Thank you for the quick reply.  I have indeed fitted it correctly and heard the click but it just doesn't sit flush.  I am unable to load images as the grey pop up box does not appear and if I try to paste an image in it says "you do not have permission to upload images".  Can I send the image another way?.  I hope something can be done to resolve this as I'm worried the strap will fall off when I'm walking.

I will be returning the stainless steel band as it comes apart in the presence of any metal chair arm, or car door. Poor design for $80.00.

Hi Maria

 

I contacted the online chat help and spoke to someone called Mae.  She advised a replacement would be sent to me but then the form she sent me didn't allow me to select the option of the "platinum stainless steel" Luxe watch.  So I emailed her back but since have had no response and that's a week ago now.  My case number is 41558208.  Please can someone update me on what's happening otherwise I will need to return the watch and Gorjana strap as clearly it's faulty.
