Fitbit Luxe Missing "Health and Wellness Reminders" Settings (using iPhone 13 Pro Max, ver. 16.4.1)

I just received my new Fitbit Luxe in the mail yesterday, but have not been able to access the Health and Wellness Reminders in the Fitbit app.

I have taken many (if not all) of the recommended steps in order to remedy this issue: iPhone is up to date, Fitbit is up to date, Premium membership is activated, uninstalled + reinstalled app, unpaired + re-paired Fitbit to phone, yada yada yada. I'm getting quite frustrated since I shouldn't be having issues with a $90 device fresh out of the box. It is especially frustrating since one of the key features I wanted in this device is water reminders. I have seen other users with iPhones and Fitbit Luxe devices using the Health and Wellness Reminders without any issue... Why is this setting not appearing for me?

Hi @SunsetRunner , I think there is some misunderstanding here. Your Fitbit will not send you reminders to drink water, or any other health and wellness reminders except reminders to move. 

Could you explain further what you were expecting?

Am I misinterpreting the setting?

Hi, @SunsetRunner , I have done some further research.  Apparently health and wellness reminders were available, however they have now been discontinued and that is why you are not finding them.
