Fitbit Luxe Strap won't stay on

I bought a Luxe to replace my Alta in the summer, however after wearing a little while I had trouble with the strap staying on - reported to Fitbit and they sent me a new Luxe but now in receipt of that and can't get the strap to stay on at all!  The live chat doesn't seem to be working....anyone else have this problem?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
