I have had the same problem. I received it as a gift from my husband as we were leaving on vacation. I had to stop wearing it because it kept disconnecting from the tracker. The last time it cracked the edge of the screen. Fitbit replaced the entire unit but now the new one is doing the same. It hasn’t completely fell off my arm but pulls away from the tracker so far that a gentle tug and it would go flying. Help Fitbit!
