Having spent a lot of money to buy the fitbit Luxe SE (Sept 2021). I find both the gold strap that came with it and third party silicon straps come uncliped. To date I have managed to notice this but a time will come whn I loose the fitbit entierly. In fact I already lost it one day when gardeneing - luckily I found it. Poorly fitting bands seem to be a common complaint. An expensive device to loose - any one got any idea whether fitbit are attending to this fault?

I am so bummed. I wore my Luxe with stainless steel chain bracelet and it kept falling off. Only lasted 2 days, before falling off and I haven't been able to find it after looking constantly for several days. I hope Fitbit changes design, but I won't be getting another one.

I am on my third wristband in a year I’m ditching the luxe despite it being a lovely shape, I cannot understand why they keep replacing the band with the same one which is not fit for purpose . I asked for a couple of silicone bands to replace the expensive stainless steel they said only can replace like for like flippin useless

Loved it. I want a new one but will never by this one again. Fitbit Luxe came off 2 times. I thought it was going to be ok. Took a chance and wore it yesterday. Well now its gone. Paid $199 for a really good tracker, looked very nice but not worth a crap. The way the bracelet goes on the tracker is flimsy at best and you can expect to lose yours too. I think Fitbit should replace at least the tracker I sill have the other bands. I am so pissed off.

Worth contacting Fitbit -they replaced mine when this happened - twice. It fell off and broke the first time, the second time it feel off down the toilet and was flushed away! On my third fitbit Luxe - wouldn't buy one again.

I am having the same issue. About to contact them for second clip issue. It will be the replacement for the replacement. So sad they just won't fix the issue. I will be changing to Garmin or Samsung after years of being loyal to fitbit.

The super glue has held up for me as far as keeping the band on, but now it dies daily if I don't charge it at least once a day, sometimes two. I just ordered an Oura Ring. Their app is better and the price is comparable to the Luxe. There is a monthly charge for the Oura app tho

I have looked at the Oura rings. Would love to know how you like yours when you get it. What is the cost of the monthly app?

The ring I bought was $350,but they have one around $300. The first month of the app is free with purchase, then $5.99 per month. You can go to Best Buy to get sized for the ring then either order from Best Buy, which ships directly from the manufacturer, or you can order online from Oura directly.

Thank you for the additional information. I heard back from Fitbit and they refused to replace it because it is a few weeks out of warranty. Their idea of a solution is a 35% off a new fitbit but not two of their high end items. Over them.
