Fitbit Luxe broke after taking it out of the box

I am a long time Fitbit  customer. I have bought everyone in my family a Fitbit and the company was outstanding with outstanding customer service. Well sad to report those days are gone!! Do not buy this product look at all the complaints and issues. I bought the new Luxe and it broke 10 minutes after I took it out of the box putting the bracelet on it. Called customer service 3 times and got no where. There answer was send it back and we will look at it and determine if it’s fixable or if we need to replaced it. Unacceptable! The old Fitbit would have sent out a replacement immediately. Not wait another 2 weeks. Do not buy Fitbits look at other trackers

It also took over 30 days to receive my credit back on my credit card. Completely unacceptable. I can’t believe the company hasn’t addressed the customer satisfaction issues with this product. Do you guys see the other products out there? More functionality and most are 1/2 the price. If someone decides to spend the extra money for Fitbit you would assume that you would get something for your money other than screwed.
