My gps map is not saved after my run however it tracked my distance accurately during my run. It said a few times “no gps” but i live in City center of Amsterdam, which could be the reason for not saving the map… how can i retrieve the map and prevent this from happening next time? My trainer relies on my maps for my coaching, and can add a lot Less value to my training without the maps…

Hi there, @emmavdmrunning. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Luxe. I understand how important is to you to get our GPS map.
Please bear in mind that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. If you're having issues with the GPS connection, see Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
I'm afraid there's no way to retrieve your GPS map.

Hi @emmavdmrunning ! Welcome to the forum. For me the map is "saved" only if I start the exercise both on your fitbit device and in the fitbit mobile app. If I start the workout such as run, hike, walk etc only on Luxe, I dont get the map - only stats. I am assuming it is a bug to be ironed out. Not sure. You will get a map even with an occassional loss of GPS signal. What might be impacted is the quality of the map. If you live in the part of the city of high density and tall buildings, GPS signal might be lost.
