Fitbit Luxe doesn't vibrate for WhatsApp messages

Dear community, does your Luxe vibrates when there is an incoming WhatsApp message? Mine only vibrates with incoming calls & sms. Not on App notifications. Please help. Thank you.

Hi there, @Layzze. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe. 

Answering your inquiry, please note that my Luxe does vibrate when a WhatsApp notification comes through. With that being said, have you checked if the chat(s) you don't receive a vibration from are not muted in WhatsApp settings?

Mine does. 

In the FitBit app -> chose Luxe -> Notifications

 Here I have enabled all (Calls, Text Messages and Calendar Events)

 Also here, under App Notifications, I've chosen from which applications I want to see Notifications on my Luxe. 

You might need to "Share System Notifications" in order for this to work. (depends on the phone, but for iOS you go to Settings, then Bluetooth, then click on the Information "i" by your Luxe and enable Share System Notifications.)

Thanks for this!
Was excited to follow these instructions but I am on Android & I check all
my settings on my app notifications are enabled

I do get all the notifications that come to my Luxe but the device just
does not vibrate.
Is there a separate setting for Luxe to vibrate?
Ok when the phone rings it vibrates.
When I get an SMS, it vibrates.
Meeting notifications vibrate too.
Others... just doesn't. How interesting....

Not giving up, still trying....

There ain't a mute place on WhatsApp
Phone beeps, notifications come to Luxe.
It just doesn't vibrate.
