Hello, I've had several problems with my fitbit luxe now (which i've got on release date). The screen is kind of scratched since it fell down once, but it had always worked properly. Then about 3 weeks ago I noticed that the screen was not sitting correctly in the watch. I stopped wearing the watch and ordered a screen protector case that'd keep it in place. However, the watch still worked perfectly fine.
Now however, I received my case and wanted to use my fitbit again. First problem was, the battery life. I charged it completly full, left it off the charger for 2h then and returned to an empty battery life again.
I tried forcefully restarting the Luxe, however it showed me just the fitbit logo for max. 3 seconds and then returned back to the "Charging" Screen. Then after some time I tried again, the screen/watch works perfectly fine when it is connected to the charger, however if i take it off the plug, the screen just fades and doesn't turn on again.
Would love to get it replaced, didn't pay for extra warranry though. Also sucks that I paid 150€ preordering it and for it to break after barely even 3 months of usage.
